My lifelong journey in fitness began with high school sports, leading me to competitive speed skating, weightlifting, and even a stint as a national-level bikini competitor in the NPC circuit from 2013 to 2019.
Certified in nutrition by ISSA and armed with a Bachelor of Science in applied health, my passion for guiding others towards their weight loss and lifestyle goals was ignited during my earlier years as a competitive athlete. What sets me apart as a coach is not only my extensive ten-plus years of knowledge and experience but also my firsthand experience navigating the extremes of both competitive and non-competitive lifestyles with a focus on balance and stability.

IN-PERSON

Welcome to my In-Person Training service, catering to individuals in the Elizabethtown, Mount Joy, Lancaster, and Hershey surrounding areas. If you prefer a personalized 1-on-1 fitness experience with direct guidance, this program is designed just for you. Suitable for all age groups and fitness levels, our sessions take place at the Elizabethtown Fitness Club in Elizabethtown, Pennsylvania. The schedule is flexible and tailored to your convenience, established through mutual agreement between you and I. For those looking to enhance their wellness journey further, nutrition services can be seamlessly integrated at an additional cost.
